As a loving single mom of three wonderful boys, dedicated nurse, and passionate fitness enthusiast, I understand how chaotic life can get, leaving little time for yourself. There are unique challenges that busy women face, especially those balancing responsibilities both inside and outside the home.

My own journey into the fitness world began as a personal endeavour to improve my own well-being so I could manage raising three boys on my own. Now I am delighted to share my experience and knowledge with you on your fitness journey. I’m here to help you find the balance so you can become the strong, confident, and empowered woman you were meant to be!
 

Being a part of a big fat Indian family, busy mom, and working professional, I know that time is precious and every moment matters. That’s why my workouts are efficient, effective, and flexible enough to fit into your schedule.
